Shipping & Returns Policy — Snap Memora

Processing Time

All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note: personalised or custom-made items may require additional processing time to ensure the highest quality.

Digital Products

Digital files are delivered instantly via email or direct download upon payment confirmation.
Due to their nature, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is completed.

Pick Up Orders

If available, a pick-up option will appear at checkout.
Pick-up is from our home-based business in Melbourne.
For privacy reasons, the exact address will be shared once your order is ready for collection.
Please coordinate a suitable pick-up time via email.

Shipping Method

All physical orders are shipped via Australia Post.
You can select your preferred shipping method and rate at checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Orders can be shipped to residential, business, or Parcel Locker addresses.
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
From time to time, Snap Memora may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we take every care to package and dispatch your order safely, Snap Memora is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal carriers.
If this occurs, please contact Australia Post directly
We recommend double-checking your delivery address before completing checkout.

Failed Deliveries and Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. 
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refunds

All Snap Memora products are personalised and handmade, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@snapmemora.com.au with photos and a short description.
We’ll review each case carefully and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

  • We cannot be held responsible for low-quality images (e.g. blurry, pixelated, or screenshots).
  • Minor variations in colour, alignment, or finish are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.

Social Media Permission

By default, permission to share non-identifying product photos is set to “Yes” at checkout.
To opt out, select “No” during checkout or email us at hello@snapmemora.com.au.
We will never tag or share personal details without your consent.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process your order and communicate with you.
Your personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
