All Snap Memora products are personalised and handmade, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@snapmemora.com.au with photos and a short description.
We’ll review each case carefully and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

·        We cannot be held responsible for low-quality images (e.g. blurry, pixelated, or screenshots).

·        Minor variations in colour, alignment, or finish are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.

📸 Social Media Permission

By default, permission to share non-identifying product photos is set to “Yes” at checkout.
To opt out, select “No” during checkout or email us at hello@snapmemora.com.au.
We will never tag or share personal details without your consent.

We only collect the information needed to process your order and communicate with you.
